Franchise developers should prioritize the Lincoln Avenue and La Palma Avenue corridors in northern Anaheim, where residential density is high and tourist traffic doesn't distort site performance metrics. The Anaheim Hills area along the 91 freeway's eastern terminus serves the highest-income households in the city and supports premium service concepts with a loyal, car-dependent customer base.
